If you have any problems with, or questions about, the FLM gear you have purchased, please contact us. We stand by our 10-year manufacturer's warranty.

We pride ourselves on making the best products at a great price with excellent customer service. If this has not been your experience with us, let us know right away.

  • Turn-around time for most items is 48 hours or less.
  • Shipping costs are not covered under FLM's repair warranty

 If you are shipping from Canada:
Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx.  Indicate the item is for "Repair & Return" with a Customs value of $1.00.
 
Please download and fill out a repair ticket, one ticket per item, and include it with your shipment. If you don't have a printer, send me an email. Thanks!
