Had to purchase a rubber foot because the original di not stay on. Should use locktite.

I noticed the piece I received had a black rubber O ring on it. When I bought the tripod it did not have O rings on the feet. This might explain how I lost one of them. Is this a change you made because of this? Other than this, I love the tripod and its flexibility.
